This is not only about Cara
Hi world, this is Robert writing.
I'm 40. 3 kids, one wife, lots of rescued animals to care for each month.
Been doing this for years too, because I firmly believe someone has to do it.
In a country where most people lack emphathy for animals and keep abandoning daily, where authorities seem to struggle with implementing each law, I still believe in good, and try to help as much as I can.
Together with my wife, we've saved countless puppies, kittens, dogs and cats from all places we've encountered them. More than 50 in the last 9 years alone.
Most of them found new homes too - because that's the whole point, match good people with animals in need.
But for some, fortune was delayed, but we still have to care for them.
That's how we ended up with the 15 dogs currently sheltered in Tulcea county, in our mini shelter we assambled there, having my mother in law taking care of them, as well as the 4 dogs and 5 cats in our own backyard now.
I know times are hard on everyone.
I'm not asking for pity.
I started this website and the Cara project to find good people that want to contribute to our cause.
As hard as it gets, I will succeed without it anyway. But knowing that someone shares the struggle and can help with finances would be a lot easier.
